Here is the shrimp recipe. My Mom has no recollection of where she got it, but it is a must at any party we have or go to, or vacation we go on. (with this tip added later):
I use a small grater to add the onion juice and a little onion pulp to the dip.

1 - 5 oz can of med. shrimp (drained and mashed)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
4 TBS. Heinz chili sauce
1 tsp. onion juice (I use a fresh onion)
3 TBS. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
about 1/3 cup of milk
2 TBS. mayo

Mix all together until creamy. If you want to freeze for vacation or future use, don't put in the milk. Wait until you defrost, then add a little milk.

Great with Fritos scoops, Pepperidge pumpernickel sticks and veggies. It's a good way to get the kids to eat their veggies.
