These morning treats are in the class of "refrigerator rolls". Besides
preparing them the night before, they really are as easy as they are
delectable.

1 c. crushed pecans
2 loaves of frozen, white bread dough (available in the freezer section)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 4.6 ounce package of Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding, not the instant kind!
3 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar

Thaw the loaves of dough and cut lengthwise in half.
Then slice into walnut-size piece.  Roll into balls if desired.
Grease a 13x9 pan and sprinkle crushed pecans over the bottom.
Line the pieces of dough in one layer over the nuts.
Combine the melted butter, pudding mix, brown sugar, milk and cinnamon.
Spoon this caramel over the rolls.
Cover the pan of rolls with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnite.
In the morning, remove from the fridge and then preheat the oven to 350.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
Invert pan and then plate up the rolls.
