A great hangover remedy that's low fat too! Just because you threw caution to the wind last night, doesn't mean you have to this morning. 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 packages dried, chipped beef 2 tablespoons flour 3 cups milk fresh thyme and parsley, chopped Ground Pepper Potato, Rye, Pumpernickel and/or 7-Grainbread slices Heat oil in a fry pan. Chop the dried beef and saute in the oil until heated. Add the flour and stir until the beef is evenly coated. Add the cold milk and cook over medium heat until thickened.
